Honey Pumpkin Pie recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium eggs.
½ cup of liquid honey.
¾ teaspoon of nutmeg.
½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
½ teaspoon of salt.
¼ teaspoon of ginger.
1 ½ cups of prepared pumpkin.
¾ cup of hot milk.
1 tablespoon of butter.
One pie shell.

Preparation Instructions:

Beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are well blended.

Gradually beat in the honey.

Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and ginger.

Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10 minutes.

Reduce temp to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for about 20-25 minutes or until the filling is firm.
