Pumpkin Chili recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups of water.
1 can of canned crushed tomatoes.
3 can of red kidney beans.
1 can of pumpkin.
1 cup of chopped onion.
1 cup of chopped red bell pepper.
1 cup of uncooked bulgur.
1 cup of chopped green chili.
1 tablespoon of chili powder.
1 teaspoon of garlic minced.
1 teaspoon of ground cumin.
1 teaspoon of salt.

Preparation Instructions:

Drain and rinse the beans.

Put all ingredients in a large pan.

Over a high heat, bring to the boil. Reduce to a medium-low heat and simmer for 35 minutes.
